We are releasing a new feature (still in beta): Adding a Feedback Channel
This time : it is about using your email communications as a channel to collect microfeedback from your customers.
How to use it?
At the bottom of your account page, you have the opportunity to “add a feedback channel” (right to the “add a website” form).
Simply click and follow the procedure.
Step 1 > Create the “Email feedback channel”
Step 2 > Grab the generated code to insert in your emails
It works with major email marketing software such as : Mailchimp, Mailjet, etc. It also works great on Gmail and Yahoo mail (with a simple cut and paste of the code).
