At GetSmily we strive to develop tools and means to allow businesses to better understand their customers and stakeholders. We want to re-introduce the human element in the relationship between companies and people. For far too long, companies ignored their customers’ emotions and feelings. It is time for a change.
This will happen with the new marketing KPI we are introducing on the market : the Emoscore® (which is the main index you can get out of our Emolytics suite). It is an understandable KPI like the basic weather indicator : the temperature (°C or °F). Everyone within the company can understand if there is room for improvement or if everything is under control at various levels and for various means and communication channels : user experience on the website, help desk or support performance, marketing and advertising campaigns impact, etc.
In order to continue to develop innovative solutions to include the Emoscore® at all levels of the company’s activities, we are working on a new integration of our Emolytics® solution within advertising formats. 100% of an audience has value and is valuable. Not only the x % that converts, clicks on an ad, visits a webpage… but the 100% of the company’s audience through all its channels. We will continue our journey in order to deliver on that promise.
