We are releasing a new feature for our PRO and ENTERPRISE customers: the possibility to select the qualitative feedback statements that are presented to their customers at the end of the survey flow.

This features allows our users to simply modify the words used and presented to the end user under the form of pre-written verbatims. Those pre-written words or combination of words considerably reduces the friction or difficulty for the customer to rationalize his/her emotional feedback.

The benefit for GetSmily’s customers is light fast: he/she can immediately see in the reports what needs immediate attention and where it should be fixed.  It also points out what really works on the considered channel (website, email, events, etc.).

A side remark: People tend to be more positive than negative apparently.
